Hi everyone! I have been toying with the idea for a while to add recipes on my blog. Here is the issue... I'm not a great cook. I have a lot to learn, so I'll share my successes as well as my failures as long as y'all promise not to laugh too hard :) Today I'm sharing my Grandma's yummy Orange Rolls:
These rolls are delicious! I just made them for my family and they were gone pretty quickly! Ok, here's a close up:
On to the recipe:
2 cans of biscuits
Rind of 2-3 oranges
1 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup butter
Mix grated rind and sugar. Sprinkle enough of this mixture to cover the bottom of the bundt pan. Dip individual biscuits in butter and then roll them in the sugar and rind mixture. Layer the covered biscuits in a bundt pan with the edges touching. For the second layer do not place a roll directly on top of another roll, but rather place it on the seem of two rolls. Then bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
I love this recipe. It reminds me of my grandma, and let's face it... it's just yummy!
